Wet Labs (2)
Wet laboratories are laboratories where chemicals, drugs, or other material or biological matter are handled in liquid solutions or volatile phases, requiring direct ventilation, and specialized piped utilities (typically water and various gases).
Dry Labs (2)
A dry lab is a laboratory where computational or applied mathematical analyses are done on a computer-generated model to simulate a phenomenon in the physical realm whether it be a molecule changing quantum states, the event horizon of a black hole or anything that otherwise might be impossible or too dangerous to observe under normal laboratory conditions. This term can also refer to a lab that primarily electronic equipment, e.g., a robotics lab. A dry lab can also refer to a laboratory space for the storage of dry materials. The term dry lab is also used in the photo printing industry to refer to photo printing systems that do not employ the use of “wet” photographic chemicals.
Light Manufacturing and Assembly Space (1 large 1900 sq. ft. and 2 small 940 sq. ft.)
Light manufacturing can be defined as: A light industrial business where all processing, fabricating, assembly, or disassembly of items takes places wholly within an enclosed space. Our space at the WEC can be a little more versatile/adaptable than the above definition, but is primarily used as stated above.
Professional Offices (19)
These spaces can be used for professional services, software designers, coders, engineers, architects, graphic designers, attorneys, CPA’s, corporate offices, etc.
Co-Working Space (1) Active and Veteran Military Priority

Anchor Tenant Suite (1) (2600 sq. ft.)
An anchor tenant (within the incubator) is defined as a mission compatible company that may take advantage of incubator programs, but is not required as are the participating incubating companies.
